Golf Buddy Pro is a very portable unit that measures only 5.3cm X 8.2cm X 2.6cm. Without batteries it weighs only 85gr. It’s obviously easy to carry around and has a screen that’s easy to read.
As with all golf caddie units, the Golf Buddy Pro provides you with distances to greens,bunkers,lakes, hazards, and lay-up points.
Although a small unit, the Golf Buddy Pro comes preloaded with all available golf courses in North America. There are no annual fees required. You can add more courses from all over the world, to a total storage capacity of 20,000.
One of the very cool features of the Golf Buddy is it’s dynamic green view. This view changes the shape of the green as you move around it. You can also add 11 of your own customizable targets. It has automatic hole recognition which means there’s no need to aim or manually do anything to get your distances.
